How to Apply

At Virginia Academy, we strive to make the admission process as easy as possible for our prospective parents. Thank you for your interest in VAA! We look forward to meeting you and helping you through this process.

Step 1: Connect with Us!

Schedule a visit, a phone call or send us an email to talk with a member of our admissions team

Step 2: Submit an Online Application

Fully complete an online application and submit the $50 non-refundable fee

Step 3: Submit your Paperwork

Send your student’s transcripts and the provided teacher recommendation form

Step 4: Upper School Interview

Middle and high school students will join us for a shadow day and an interview with our principals

Step 5: Decision Day

For the 2022-23 school year, decision day is February 25. All steps must be completed by January 31 to receive a decision by February 25. Rolling admissions will begin for the remaining spots Mar 15.
