How to Apply

At Virginia Academy, we strive to make the admission process as easy as possible for our prospective parents. Thank you for your interest in VAA! We look forward to meeting you and helping you through this process.

Step 1: Connect with Us!

Schedule a visit, a phone call or join us for an open house to talk with a member of our admissions team.

Step 2: Submit an Online Application

Fully complete an online application and submit the $50 non-refundable fee.

Step 3: Submit your Paperwork

Send your student’s transcripts and the provided teacher recommendation form. Your student’s application will not be reviewed until all documents have been submitted.

Step 4: Decision Day

For the 2022-23 school year, decision day is February 24. All steps must be completed by January 31 to receive a decision by February 24. Rolling admissions will begin for the remaining spots Mar 14.
