Employee Nondiscrimination Policy
Virginia Academy does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, nationality, or ethnic origin in the hiring of its employees or in the administration of its educational and admissions policies. As a private religious educational organization, however, Virginia Academy reserves the right to select employees on the basis of job qualifications, religious commitment, moral lifestyle choices, and personal qualifications, including a willingness to cooperate with Virginia Academy administration and to abide by its policies.
Student Nondiscrimination Policy
Virginia Academy admits students of any race, color, nationality or ethnic origin to all of the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to its students. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, nationality or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admission policies, scholarship, and loan programs, or athletic or other school-administered programs.
Preschool Religious Exemption
Virginia Academy holds a religious exempt license with a commitment to ongoing staff monitoring.
