The 2023-24 school year was a pivotal year for Virginia Academy! It was a year of incredible growth as we completed construction on our new building expansion, which made it possible for us to reach hundreds of new students.
We saw our students grow in faith, scholarship, and purpose. Across elementary, middle, and high school, over 30 students made the decision to be baptized this year, and we sent a group of students, parents, and staff to share the love of God internationally through a mission trip to Peru. In the classroom, we introduced six new Advanced Placement courses, so our student could continue to excel academically. Finally, we launched our largest graduating class yet out into the world to fulfill the purpose God has for them. The class of 2024 completed their time in high school with over 120 college acceptances, over 10,000 hours spent serving the community, and $6 million earned in scholarships.
